🚩The process from inquiry to moving in

1️⃣ Inquiries and tour reservations

📝 Please contact us via the inquiry form and let us know your preferred date and time for viewing the property. If you live overseas or far away and it is difficult to visit in person, we can also arrange an online tour.

2️⃣Viewing

On the day of your visit, we will meet you at Jiyugaoka Station and walk with you to the property.
Along the way, we will point out nearby facilities, such as supermarkets and pharmacies that are convenient for daily life.
At the share house, we will give you a detailed explanation of how to use the facilities, the house rules, and the contract terms.

3️⃣Submit your application

📋 After the tour, we will email an application form to those who are interested in moving in.
Please fill in the required information, sign it, and return it along with a copy of your ID.

4️⃣ Screening and contract

After your application is approved, please let us know your preferred move-in date, and we will arrange the contract signing date.
Please transfer the initial fees by the contract date.

*When signing the contract, please prepare the required documents and your personal seal (Shachihata seals are not accepted).
*Once the contract and payment are completed, we will hand over the keys to you on your move-in day and give you another detailed orientation of the share house.
