🚩The process from inquiry to moving in

1️⃣ Inquiries and tour reservations

📝 Please contact us via the inquiry form to let us know the date you would like to view the property. If you live overseas or far away and it is difficult for you to visit us, we can also do an online tour!

2️⃣Viewing

On the day, we will meet you at Jiyugaoka Station and guide you to the property.

Along the way, we will also introduce nearby facilities such as supermarkets and pharmacies that are convenient for daily life.

In the share house, we will thoroughly explain how to use the facilities, rules, contract terms, etc.

3️⃣Submit your application documents

📋 After the tour, we will send an application form via email to those who are interested in moving in .

Please fill in the necessary information, attach your seal, and return it along with your identification.

4️⃣ Screening ~ Contract

After passing the screening, please let us know your desired move-in date. We will then discuss the contract date. Please transfer the initial fee by the contract date.

*When signing a contract, please prepare the necessary documents and a seal (no Shachihata seals accepted).

*Once the contract and payment are completed, we will hand over the keys to you on the day you move in.

We will also provide a detailed explanation of the share house.
